Century 21 Building Exterior
This was the first exterior building that we did as a newly formed company at the end of 2014 and beginning of 2015. We also painted the interior a few months later. This location was in Valley Springs, CA.
Before:
We always start with a good pressure wash. The rotting siding was replaced (by Precision) and bare wood was primed. All the vertical bat and board siding was caulked. This job was prep heavy. The body and deck were sprayed and back rolled with an Ace brand paint. I do not recall the exact colors. The trim was painted using Kelly Moore Swiss Coffee and the door was sprayed in Kelly Moore Carbon.
