Century 21 Interior

This was a interior paint job that we did after finishing the Exterior of the building. It was completed in early 2015 in Valley Springs California. The floors were being redone so we were able to mask the windows and lights and spray the ceilings, walls, doors, and trim. There were numerous settling cracks and gaps to patch. This was due to the fact that the building was actually moved from its origination foundation by Cal Trans to expand the existing road. We also removed some wallpaper from one of the office rooms. The carpentry work was done by Precision.

We used Kelly Moore paint for everything. The ceilings and walls where painted in a Semi Gloss Grey color (I do not recall the exact color) and the trim was painted in Semi Swiss Coffee.
